Contact prospective customers and schedule site visits.
Conduct property presentations and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and documentation departments to facilitate the booking process.
Assist customers in completing booking forms, agreements, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding booking amounts, payment schedules, and outstanding dues.Follow up with potential customers regularly until closure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
