Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and onboarding new clients for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about engaging prospects to convert them into long-term business relationships.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a mix of research, outreach, and consultative selling — especially in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospects for web and mobile development services.
Engage with decision-makers, present service offerings, and handle queries effectively.
Conduct online meetings,



walkthroughs, and solution demos.
Create and send tailored proposals and follow-up communication.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates on lead status.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Required Skills:
6 months to 2 years of experience in IT sales, client acquisition, or business development.
Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
Experience using LinkedIn for skilled outreach and lead generation.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and target orientation.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
