Job summary: Identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various domains such as software engineering, IT infrastructure, data analytics and more.

Role and Responsibilities:
Actively source and attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and skilled networks.
Assess candidates to ensure they meet required qualifications, skills, and experience before endorsement.
Ensure candidates fit both company culture and job-specific requirements.
Verify qualifications and certifications are met before endorsing candidates.
Ensure recruitment tasks are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
Provide daily recruitment status reports and weekly reports as required.




Regularly update and maintain the recruitment database with accurate candidate information and status updates.
Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring need.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment
Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., Developers, SAP Consultants, BI Analysts/Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, etc.)
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
