Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for SAP roles and be comfortable working in a quick-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles (ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, HANA, etc.)
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified SAP candidates
Follow up with candidates and manage offer closures
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment (SAP hiring preferred)
Positive understanding of SAP technologies and roles
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a WFH setup

Good to Have
Experience in contract/permanent staffing
Familiarity with multiple SAP modules
Immediate joiners preferred
