We are looking for experienced Sales Executives for a growing insurance company. If you have a strong background in Life & Health Insurance sales and enjoy working in a target-driven environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Sell life and health insurance products to customers
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain records of clients and sales activities
Stay updated with insurance products and market trends
Eligibility
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Life & Health Insurance sales
Good communication and convincing skills
Robust sales and negotiation ability
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Existing client base in insurance
Strong relationship management skills
Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
