Job Title: Steward

Location: Golden Castle Restaurant
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Supervisor

Job Summary

Golden Castle Restaurant is looking for courteous, energetic, and service-oriented Stewards to join our Food & Beverage team. The Steward will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests efficiently, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Present menus and explain food and beverage items to customers
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to customer needs and requests
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards at all times
Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting for the next service
Handle guest feedback politely and report issues to the supervisor




Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum education: High school or equivalent
Previous experience as a Steward/Waiter in a restaurant or hotel is preferred
Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus)
Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
