Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Academic Coordinator to lead academic planning, curriculum implementation, and teacher development. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, a thorough understanding of the CBSE curriculum, and a passion for driving academic excellence. Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and implement the CBSE curriculum effectively.
Mentor and support teachers through classroom observations and regular feedback.
Ensure timely completion of syllabus and high-quality lesson planning.
Monitor student performance and develop strategies to improve learning outcomes.
Coordinate assessments, examinations, and result analysis.




Conduct teacher training and professional development sessions.
Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines.
Work closely with the Principal to achieve academic and institutional goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative learning setting.

Requirements
Master's Degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in academic coordination or a leadership role in a reputed CBSE school.
Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
