Accounts & Sales Assistant – Yamie Fine Jewellery

Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi

Yamie Fine Jewellery is looking for a smart, organized, and customer-friendly Accounts & Sales Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle invoicing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Assist with GST-related documentation and reporting.
Support showroom sales by assisting customers and processing billing.
Handle online customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other digital channels.
Coordinate order processing and maintain accurate records.
Assist with general administrative and office operations.

Requirements
B.Com or equivalent qualification.




1–3 years of experience in accounts or retail operations preferred, freshers may also apply.
Experience with Zoho Books is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced retail setting.

Salary: Based on experience.
