About the Role

Flicka Cosmetics is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor who can create visually appealing designs and engaging video content for digital platforms. This is a hybrid creative role that requires hands-on experience in video editing.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Create engaging promotional videos, product videos, influencer collaboration edits, and advertisements.
Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, music, and visual effects to enhance content quality.
Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging videos suitable for digital platforms.
Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.

Collaboration
Coordinate with the Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content, and E-commerce teams.
Understand campaign objectives and convert ideas into compelling visual content.
Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends,



and video editing styles.
Manage multiple creative projects while meeting timelines.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects
Familiarity with Canva and Figma is an added advantage.
Understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding.
Knowledge of video transitions, color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements
6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,217.27 - ₹20,000.00 per month
