We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Flexographic Printing Operator to join our production team in Kakkanad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating flexographic printing machines and be committed to producing high-quality printed materials while maintaining safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate flexographic printing machines.
Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments during production.
Ensure accurate color matching and registration.
Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Minimize material waste and maintain production efficiency.
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
Experience operating flexographic printing machines is preferred.
Basic knowledge of printing processes, inks, and substrates.
Ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues.
Valuable attention to detail and quality.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
