About the Role

UCI Suzuki is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to manage store-level sales, customer handling, lead generation, and local marketing activities for two-wheelers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the two-wheeler or automobile industry and should be able to drive showroom sales, manage walk-in customers, and support business growth in the Raiganj market.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
Handle walk-in customers, explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, finance options, and delivery process.
Generate leads through local marketing, field activities, customer referrals, campaigns, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, service, and back-office teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Track enquiries, test rides, bookings, conversions, and delivery status.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback in the local area.




Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in two-wheelers or automobile sales.
Solid knowledge of showroom sales, lead management, customer handling, and local market development.
Positive communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage day-to-day store operations.
Understanding of vehicle finance, insurance, documentation, and delivery coordination will be preferred.
Comfortable with local marketing activities and field-level customer engagement.
