Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver creative, engaging lessons following NEP guideline
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom that supports a range of learning styles and needs
Assess and document each child’s progress, adapting instruction based on individual development
Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic educational experience
Participate actively in school meetings, workshops, and community events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred)
Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching at the primary level
Commitment to alternative or progressive teaching approaches
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education

Pay: ₹10,693.31 - ₹15,000.00 per month
