Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate and showcase garments, fabrics, and styles.
Assist customers in trial rooms and ensure a comfortable shopping experience.
Cross-sell matching items such as blouses, dupattas, accessories, and jewellery.
Maintain attractive product displays and keep the showroom organized.
Build solid customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Passion for fashion and styling.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail workplace.
Basic computer and billing knowledge is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
