We are looking for a warm, qualified, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to enhance the overall guest experience. You will be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are met promptly and that they enjoy a memorable experience at our property.

Location: Wayanad, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:
Build robust relationships with guests before, during, and after their stay
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, and special requests
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized service and recommendations
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Arrange special arrangements such as room upgrades, celebrations, airport transfers,



and local tours
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the property management system (PMS)
Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction
Resolve issues quickly and escalate critical matters to management when needed
Promote hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
Assist with VIP guest arrivals and departures, including welcome amenities and special handling
Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for service improvement

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree – degree graduates only
Fluent in English

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
