Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Senior Server or Captain on a busy restaurant floor.

Overview: Responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and guest experience of the café.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests, present the menu, and pitch signature drinks or food pairings.
Take accurate orders, repeat them to guests, and punch them correctly into the POS.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure food and drinks arrive on time.
Oversee servers in their section and ensure tables are cleared and reset quickly.

Skills Needed:
Confident communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust menu knowledge and the ability to upsell signature food and drinks.
Rapid and accurate KOT/POS punching.
Excellent table etiquette and eye for detail in guest service.
Must be pet-friendly.
