Job Summary

Vecura Wellness Clinic is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telugu Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for speaking with prospective and existing patients, explaining our wellness services, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective patients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain the clinic's wellness programs and services clearly and professionally.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
Address customer queries and guide them to the appropriate department when required.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.




Build rapport with patients and provide excellent customer service.
Meet daily call and appointment booking targets.

Requirements
Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
Basic communication skills in English or Hindi are an added advantage.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.

Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, healthcare, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
