Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
Perform daily ICU rounds and monitor patient progress.
Manage medical emergencies, including sepsis, respiratory failure, shock, cardiac emergencies, and multi-organ dysfunction.
Interpret laboratory investigations, ECGs, imaging, and other diagnostic reports.
Coordinate patient care with intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other specialists.
Supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff in patient management.
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and discharge summaries.
Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and prognosis.
Adhere to hospital protocols,



infection control measures, patient safety standards, and accreditation guidelines.
Be available for emergency duties and on-call responsibilities as per the departmental roster.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
