Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace)

Key Responsibilities
Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Counsel prospective students about courses and admission procedures
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
Maintain accurate student records and CRM data
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission process
Build and maintain valuable relationships with students and parents
