We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee the brand presence and member acquisition for our fitness facility. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to drive foot traffic and increase membership retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Oversee SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising (Meta/Google Ads).
Brand Management: Ensure a consistent "look and feel" across all physical and digital touchpoints.
Partnerships: Develop B2B corporate wellness programs and local influencer collaborations.
Analytics: Track ROI on marketing spend and adjust strategies based on data.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing (fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred).
Robust understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead nurturing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to report on KPIs.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,033.68 - ₹57,198.21 per month
