Hospital PRO (Public Relations Officer)

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile, responsible, and patient-focused Hospital PRO to ensure smooth hospital operations by coordinating patient services, supervising support staff, and maintaining excellent communication between patients and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and discharge processes.
Provide patient counseling and guide patients regarding hospital services.
Handle insurance coordination, pre-authorizations, documentation, and claim follow-up.
Act as the primary point of contact for patient queries and concerns.
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, pharmacy, and other hospital departments.
Resolve patient complaints professionally and ensure high patient satisfaction.
Monitor patient experience and maintain quality service standards.
Assist hospital administration with daily operational activities.




Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hospital Administration preferred).
Experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration is an advantage.
Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Solid interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and hospital software).
