Job Description: Site Supervisor

Jagadhri, Haryana

Position: Site Supervisor
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per instructions.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, and site engineers.
Monitor progress and maintain daily site reports.
Check basic quality parameters such as alignment, levels, and material usage.
Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow guidelines.
Report any issues, delays, or requirements to senior staff.
Assist in managing labor, tools, and materials on site.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of construction activities (civil works).
Ability to read easy drawings and follow instructions.
Positive communication and team-handling skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to manage labor effectively.
Basic knowledge of measurements and site documentation.

Qualification
Minimum: 12th / ITI / Diploma (preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in construction supervision.
