Account Executive
Location
Harni, Vadodara
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in ERP.
Prepare Quotations.
Prepare GST invoices, e-Invoices, and e-Way Bills.
Maintain purchase and sales records.
Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with the CA for monthly and annual financial activities.
Maintain office documents and MIS reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
1–3 years of accounting experience.
Valuable knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and GST.
Robust communication and organizational skills.
Honest, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
