Job Title: Guest Service Associate (Service)

Job Summary

The Guest Service Associate (Service) is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant, banquet, or in-room dining services.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a courteous and professional manner.
Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and SOPs.
Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared promptly after guests finish dining.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special dietary requirements professionally.
Prepare bills, process payments, and maintain billing accuracy.




Refill water, beverages, and condiments as required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist in banquet functions, room service, and special events when required.
Follow hotel grooming standards, SOPs, and health and safety policies.

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,500.98 - ₹18,519.13 per month
