We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Emergency Incharge to oversee the daily operations of the emergency department. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and maintaining efficient workflow in critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the emergency department staff and operations
Ensure timely and effective patient care in emergency situations
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
Monitor patient flow and maintain proper documentation
Handle emergency cases with quick decision-making and leadership
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Train and guide emergency department staff

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management / Nursing / Relevant Field




Minimum 6 years of experience in emergency
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hospital emergency handling
Certifications in emergency care (BLS/ACLS)
