Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee branch operations.
Generate business through brokers, insurance agents, hospitals, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with local brokers and agents.
Achieve business growth targets and expand the branch network.
Coordinate with HO for operations, claims, and client servicing.
Represent the company in client meetings and networking events.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the TPA/Health Insurance industry.
Must be fluent in Kannada (local language) and English.
Solid network with brokers, agents, and healthcare providers in Bangalore.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel within Bangalore and nearby locations for business development.
