Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field Work)

Department: Marketing / Sales

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive who is comfortable with both fieldwork and office-based tasks. The role involves promoting products/services, building client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets through on-ground activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing clients
Promote company products/services and generate leads
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify recent business opportunities in assigned areas
Perform market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, etc.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities
Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field




0–3 years of experience in marketing/sales (field experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
