Job Title: Staff Nurse

Location: Vedansh Hospital, Greater Noida

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care.
Clinical Duties:
Perform diagnostic tests, analyze results, and consult with physicians.
Operate and monitor medical equipment.
Assist in surgeries and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Ensure that patient rooms and work areas are clean and sterile.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with patients,



families, and other healthcare team members.
Provide emotional support and advice to patients and their families.
Document all care information concisely, accurately, and completely, in a timely manner.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Participate in quality improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Current nursing license in U.P
Experience: Minimum 1 years of nursing experience preferred.
Skills:
Solid clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficient in using medical software and equipment.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
