Operational Documentation: Responsible for raising Lorry Receipts (LR) and managing all dispatch-related paperwork accurately.
Truck Monitoring: Real-time following of trucks to ensure strict adherence to delivery and dispatch timelines.
Asset Allocation: Strategically allocating trucks and tippers based on the daily loading plans for each specific location.
RTA Management: Overseeing all Regional Transport Authority (RTA) tasks, including permits, vehicle fitness, and regulatory documentation.
Fuel & Performance Tracking: Continuous monitoring of diesel consumption across the fleet, preparing detailed monthly diesel reports, and preparing performance reports for tippers to ensure operational efficiency.
Driver Management: Directly managing driver schedules, performance, and field-level issues to maintain a reliable logistics network.

Plan, organize,



and oversee daily transportation activities ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
Supervise fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, scheduling, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal uptime.
Maintain a robust fleet maintenance schedule and coordinate with workshops for preventive maintenance.
Optimize routes and load planning to minimize transit time and transportation costs.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials and finished goods.
Negotiate freight rates and manage vendor payments, invoices, and billing accuracy.
Implement and track transportation KPIs, driving continuous improvements in process and performance.
Remain available on call (24x7) to handle transport emergencies, breakdowns, and critical dispatch requirements.
