Job description:

Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales of power plant equipment and services, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify current business opportunities in power plant - thermal, solar, and hydro sectors
Promote and sell industrial equipment.
Prepare proposals and participate in tenders
Build and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with technical teams
Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business)
2–5 years of relevant sales experience
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of power plant systems
Willingness to travel

Sales target achievement
New client acquisition
Lead conversion rate
Customer retention

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
