Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Success Manager for our client who excels at building relationships with senior professionals and delivering exceptional member experiences.

This is a high-touch relationship management role, focused on engagement, retention, and community building—not a sales or event execution role.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with entrepreneurs, CXOs, and business leaders
Understand client goals and provide meaningful connections within the network
Client Engagement & Success
Drive active participation and engagement within the member community
Ensure a high-quality experience across all interactions
Retention & Account Growth
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
Drive renewals and long-term member retention
Community & Experience Management
Facilitate structured meetings and discussions
Bring in relevant speakers and value-added experiences
Stakeholder Collaboration




Work closely with leadership teams to maintain community standards and outcomes

Key Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Client Success / Key Account Management / Relationship Management / Community Management
Robust ability to engage with senior stakeholders (CXO-level clients)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
High ownership with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
MBA or relevant degree preferred
