Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable APIs using Node.js
Optimize and manage relational data with PostgreSQL
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability from the ground up
Integrate and manage message brokers such as NATS
Collaborate with DevOps to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
Participate in architectural decisions and conduct code reviews
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices

Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL
Proven ability to design and implement secure and scalable APIs

Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Solid understanding of backend architecture, design
