You will assist customers with travel planning, hotel bookings, transportation, and customized holiday packages while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Assist customers with hotel, cab, and holiday package bookings.
Prepare customized travel itineraries.
Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and travel partners.
Provide destination recommendations and travel assistance.
Maintain booking records and customer information.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Support the operations team in ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Solid customer service attitude.
Valuable organizational and multitasking skills.
Passion for travel and hospitality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
