We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the hospital's food service department. The ideal candidate will ensure effective meal service, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, supervise the F&B; team, and deliver excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily F&B; operations.
Ensure timely and quality meal service.
Lead, train, and monitor F&B; staff.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and hospital departments.
Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
Handle customer and patient feedback.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an F&B; Supervisor.
Experience in hospitals, healthcare, hotels, or institutional catering preferred.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
