Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, data entry tasks, and system monitoring activities. The candidate will help ensure smooth functioning of computer systems, maintain records, and support administrative operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor computer systems and related equipment
Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
Handle printing, scanning, and document management tasks
Monitor system performance and report technical issues when required
Maintain backup files and operational records
Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and official documents
Coordinate with internal departments for operational support
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data
Perform routine system checks and basic troubleshooting
Maintain proper documentation of daily operational activities

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer operations and office software
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email handling




Positive typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Basic troubleshooting knowledge preferred

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred
Basic computer certification may be an advantage
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
