We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook specializing in Bengali and Chinese cuisine to join our hotel in Tajpur, West Bengal.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Bengali and Chinese dishes.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
Manage food preparation, storage, and stock efficiently.
Work effectively with the kitchen team to provide excellent service.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cook specializing in Bengali and Chinese cuisine.
Valuable knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
