Lead and support the front-of-house team to deliver a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.
Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations and guide the team during busy service hours.
Build strong relationships with guests by providing attentive service and handling special requests with care.
Address guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, table setup, and overall service quality.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to help them grow and perform at their best.
Oversee reservations, billing, and daily operational tasks to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Follow and uphold company SOPs while creating a positive and professional work workplace.
Bring 2–5 years of restaurant or hospitality experience with robust leadership and communication skills.
HSC (12th Pass) is mandatory; a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
