Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Team Leader based in Deoghar Tehsil. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and managing a team to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include setting goals, monitoring team performance, resolving conflicts, providing feedback, and ensuring team members adhere to company standards and strategies. The role also involves working closely with management to implement strategic initiatives and driving overall team performance and efficiency.

Solid leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
Proven ability to set goals, provide feedback, and monitor performance
Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities




Proficiency in understanding business operations and implementing company strategies
A cooperative mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate team members
Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred
Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage

Experienece

Have 3 to 5 Year Experience in Automobile (Sales)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,188.54 - ₹44,811.16 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Deoghar, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Automobile: 3 years (Preferred)
