About the Role

The Senior Education Counsellor will lead and drive student outreach, counselling, and conversions for TechnoXian initiatives. This role involves managing a team of Youth Engagement Officers, ensuring target achievement, and actively contributing through direct calling and conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership & Target Achievement
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Youth Engagement Officers (YEOs)
Set daily/weekly targets and ensure team performance aligns with business goals
Monitor team productivity, conversions, and quality of engagement

Direct Counselling & Outreach
Personally handle 150+ calls daily to students, parents, and institutions
Counsel prospects about TechnoXian programs, RoboClubs, and participation pathways
Drive conversions through effective communication and follow-ups

Sales & Conversion Management
Achieve individual and team targets for registrations and onboarding
Build and manage a solid pipeline of leads
Ensure high conversion ratios and revenue generation

Student Engagement & Relationship Building




Guide students in choosing the right participation opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and student communities
Ensure continuous engagement and retention

Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track daily calling, counselling, and conversion metrics
Analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and lead management

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA (preferred)
3–6 years of experience in education counselling, sales, or student outreach
Proven experience in high-volume calling (150+ calls/day)
Strong team management and leadership skills
Target-oriented with solid conversion ability
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-focused
