Job Title: Global Visa Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Global Visa Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in visa processing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling visa applications for Schengen countries in Europe, as well as the USA and UK. The role requires robust documentation skills, up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, and excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation and guidance on visa processes for Schengen countries (Europe), USA, and UK
Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa documentation
Ensure accurate completion and submission of visa applications
Stay updated with current immigration laws, policies, and embassy requirements
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers
Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients
Handle client queries and resolve visa-related issues efficiently
Maintain proper records of applications and documentation





Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy
Proven experience handling Schengen, USA, and UK visa applications
Robust knowledge of visa documentation and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and online visa portals
