Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular training and performance evaluations.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem resolution.
Revenue Generation:
Identify new markets and customer segments to drive business growth.
Meet and exceed revenue goals through direct sales and team performance.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.




Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and support overall business objectives.
Participate in promotional activities and industry events to enhance the company’s brand.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in [insert industry].
Solid understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
