Project Planning Engineer / Planning Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Engineer to support the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of an international site-based project in Latin America. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in EPC, industrial, infrastructure, or large construction projects and possess robust expertise in Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the project master schedule using Primavera P6.
Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.
Monitor project progress and compare planned versus actual performance.
Identify schedule deviations, delays, and critical path activities.
Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and site execution teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-Curves, dashboards, and management reports.
Monitor procurement, material delivery, and resource utilization.
Participate in client review meetings and planning discussions.
Support delay analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project controls activities.

PMP certification is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
