Excellent Engineering Enterprises is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), committed to delivering quality safety products across India. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace business.

Job Responsibilities
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other online marketplaces.
Create, update, and optimize product listings.
Handle product cataloguing, pricing, and inventory management.
Process and monitor online orders to ensure timely dispatch.
Plan and execute marketplace promotions and advertising campaigns.
Monitor product performance, sales, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the Dispatch, Sales, and Accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies to increase online revenue.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain seller account health.




Resolve customer queries, returns, and claims efficiently.

Required Skills
Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Solid knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
Product listing and catalogue management experience.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace advertising.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
