Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Business Development Executive who can generate current business opportunities and acquire IT projects through online freelancing platforms, job portals, and direct client outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate IT project leads through Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms/portals.
Search for relevant projects and submit proposals/bids.
Understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
Communicate with international and domestic clients.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into projects.
Identify new business prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Maintain client relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare quotations.




Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements:
Experience in IT Business Development / IT Sales is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
Good written and verbal English communication.
Knowledge of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, etc.
Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
Lead generation: 1 year (Required)
IT service management: 1 year (Preferred)
