We are looking for a skilled Embedded BMS Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience to ship firmware that keeps every pack we build safe and healthy. The ideal candidate will have robust embedded C/RTOS fundamentals and experience shipping automotive-grade firmware.

Roles and Responsibility
Design, develop, and test embedded BMS firmware on ARM Cortex-M.
Collaborate with QA on firmware-in-the-loop test benches to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Develop and maintain production-ready BMS firmware using embedded C.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing BMS firmware.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS with other systems.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.

Job Requirements
Strong understanding of embedded C programming language and RTOS fundamentals.
Experience with lab work scopes, CAN, and I2C protocols.




Ability to write efficient and reliable code for production environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations related to safety-critical systems.
