JJob Title: Back Office Executive – Ambulance Monitoring
Job Summary:
Monitor ambulance movements, coordinate with drivers and hospitals, maintain trip records, update operational data, and ensure timely communication for smooth ambulance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Track ambulances using GPS.
Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams.
Update trip and operational records.
Prepare daily reports.
Escalate delays or operational issues.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word).
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
