Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end fabrication shop operations from raw material receipt to final dispatch.
Plan, monitor, and control production schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Lead fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and inspection activities.
Supervise and optimize manpower, including welders, fitters, supervisors, and operators.
Review fabrication drawings, BOMs, GA drawings, and engineering documents.
Ensure welding activities comply with approved WPS, PQR, and WPQ standards.
Monitor welding quality for various materials using SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW processes.
Coordinate NDT activities and pressure testing.
Liaise with customers, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies.
Drive quality assurance, cost optimization, and productivity improvement initiatives.




Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality management systems.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of heavy fabrication and structural fabrication
Expertise in production planning and fabrication methodologies
Hands-on experience with ASME, AWS, ISO standards
Strong communication and team management skills
Experience with third-party inspections
ASNT Level II Certification (Preferred)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
