Job Summary
Jaywant Group is hiring an energetic and result-oriented Civil Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day on-site construction, labor allocation, and quality checks across our multi-segment portfolio of Industrial, Residential, and Commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily civil execution works including layout marking, excavation, RCC foundations, brickwork, slab casting, and finishing activities.
Assign clear tasks to contractors and site laborers, tracking daily output to ensure timeline adherence.
Monitor incoming material quality, manage structural inventory, and strictly minimize material wastage on site.
Maintain accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), track measurement sheets,



and update the project management team at HQ.
Enforce strict compliance with structural architectural drawings and maintain "Zero-Accident" site safety standards.

Requirements
Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 6 years of in office construction experience (exposure to residential apartments, commercial hubs, or industrial warehouses is a plus).
Skills: Proficient in reading structural blueprints and architectural drawings. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
