Skills
High-Level Technical knowledge in understanding all type of Engineering Drawings i.e. Civil / Telecom / Structural / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
Drafting experience & skills in AutoCAD. Should have experience in drafting the Wireless Telecom Tower sites (Preliminary design drawings, Final construction drawings, As-Built drawings for 4G/5G, etc.)
GIS experience will be considered as an added skill only but not a requirement in this case.

Job Description
Plan, organize and manage work plans of the CAD project team.
Manage project budget, resource identification, and schedule for the CAD team.
Provide guidance and direction to the CAD team to ensure operational and technical excellence.
Develop, implement and monitor CAD design standards and procedures to meet customer needs.




Manage CAD hardware and software systems for the drafting team.
Work with Engineering Lead regarding technical issues, training, and other CAD system issues.
Initiate and maintain contact with clients for clarification, coordination and negotiation of critical issues.
Identify prospects and recommendations for increasing workflow efficiencies.
Recommend best practices for solutions to meet customer business needs.
Hire, train, and supervise CAD users in core application skills and standards.
Evaluate team members for their technical skills, performance, and productivity.
Maintain documentation records of generated design deliverables.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.
Report keeping and sharing as per the organization structure
Attending meeting by internal management team and clients as scheduled
Ensure project documentation and contracts are in compliance with the standards set forth by the Project stakeholders.
