Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with tax regulations.
Maintain general ledger and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Verify employee expense claims and vendor payments.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers.




Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Support the Finance Manager in various accounting and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)
Robust numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Skills
Experience with GST/VAT, tax compliance, and payroll processing.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Solid time management and multitasking skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
