We are a growing online retail brand selling across major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and our own website. We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage our daily online store operations and help scale our business.
Manage and update product listings, cataloging, and inventory across platforms like Amazon, Myntra, etc.
Monitor daily order processing, shipments, returns, and inventory synchronization.
Optimize product descriptions, titles, keywords, and images (SEO) to improve visibility and sales.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Track key performance metrics (sales, returns, customer ratings) and resolve account health issues.
Handle platform-specific customer inquiries and support tickets efficiently.
